How Multiple Sclerosis Client Takes A Shower
1. Lowering the bench seat so I can sit and turn
2. If I can’t, then have caregiver slide my legs into tub without lifting because of the tub cutout
3. Pivot and Position the P-shape grab bar to face me and lock it in
4. Grab the P-shape grab bar with my left arm and hold onto the grab bar mounted on the wall with my right
5. Turn on shower with proper temperature and I’m good to go

The thing I love about the transitional shower is it doesn’t look institutional. That we can fold up the seat, we can fold back the grab bar. My family uses the shower. They don’t have the same needs I do but none of that is in their way. None of that is an issue because we only have the one bathroom..

…. I Got Alot! I got more than I expected… it was a complete package. You were concerned about Barbara’s safety… It was a lot less expensive then if I was going to replace the bath and the tub…
